The Story of Inner Champion Consulting

THE STORY OF INNER CHAMPION CONSULTING

As a college coach at UCLA, the University of Arizona, the University of Hawaii and San Jose State, I helped hundreds of athletes achieve their dreams of playing to their best of their ability on the football playing field. After I left coaching, I still felt the need to help athletes. Now, having run a successful consulting business for over 17 years, I still am drawn to helping the athlete. As you know, once a pro and/or college athlete, always an athlete or in other words a “jock”. We carry the fundamental characteristics of athletic success into every situation where we are challenged.

What are these characteristics of success?
1. Belief
2. Passion
3. Hard work/Relentlesness
4. Overcoming adversity
5. Team work
6. Game planning
7. Positive attitude
8. Positive attitude
9. Positive attitude

Knowing that these elements of success made you and I highly successful athletes, I learned that every characteristic also transfers to being a success in business. But something is missing for you and I – A COACH.

That is where I and my team come in, we help you use the same characteristics that you used as an athlete and HELP YOU REACH YOU BUSINESS DREAMS.

WHAT IS AN INNER CHAMPION?

Do you remember the time when you felt your heart, passion, and drive were all connected towards a goal - and you achieved SUCCESS? This is what it feels like to be an INNER CHAMPION, it is the convergence of you heart (NEED) and body (WANT) to reach a dream.

So many times we reach for something, but we don't have a true commitment.  We want to be successful but we are missing the inner drive. To put it simply, WE WANT SUCCESS BUT WE DON'T NEED TO SUCCESS.  An INNER CHAMPION has the WANT + NEED.
